Description
Recombinant human TNFAIP3 (440-790 a.a.), or A20p37, was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal His tag. The TNFAIP3 gene accession number is NM_006290.
TNFAIP3 (Tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3) is a ubiquitin-editing enzyme that contains both ubiquitin ligase and deubiquitinase activities. The enzyme plays a role in immune and inflammatory responses of cytokines such as TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta, or pathogens via Toll-like receptors (TLRs) through inhibiting NFkB activity (1).
